HR双语劳动法培训 HR Labor Law Training In China

I feel I am destined to do something in education & training. I was a teacher who taught math in Elementary School and then a lecturer who taught legal courses in Yingtan Party School, Jiangxi Province before I worked with a law firm in Shanghai in July,2001. Twelve years ago, I  an employment attorney was often invited to give Chinese -delivered lectures focusing on labor law for corporate managements. Then I had got an idea " Why not develop English-delivered employment law courses for foreign management  in mainland of China? I did make a try in giving English-delivered lectures focusing on Draft Employment Contract Law on two occasions。Then a great change took place in my life that I an atheist, got baptised and became a istian.  So I determined to change the direction of my career and became a teacher of English until April, 2015 when I was brought back to legal service line.


"Why not develop English-delivered employment law courses for foreign friends in mainland of China?"


This idea always pops up in my mind again since I was brought back to legal service line in April, 2015. Meanwhile, my understanding into relation between  HR management and employment laws grows more and more mature. 


So far, I am able to provide legal training on the following topics:

i. Detailed Explanation of Employment Contract Law,

ii. Work-related Injury Insurance Benefits,  

iii. Foreign Employee's  Labor Rights in China

iv. Handling of Labor Disputes,

v. Employment Contract Management,

vi. Human Rescourse Risks Management,

vii. Dismissal and Severance Pay, 

viii. Recruitment and Separation Management,

ix. Labor Cost Control, 

x. Confidentiality and Non-competition Restrictions,

xi. Trade   and Collective Bargaining, and

xii. Comparison of Labor Law: Global View. 


I mainly  focus on China's labor standards and practice while I may also conduct some  comparison in order to help participants to understand labor system and legal culture behind the law. I know it dificult to help foreign managements to deeply understand China's employment law, because China's labor law system and western ries' labor law systems are built on different cultural grounds. For instance, China's labor law requires an employer to give its employees paid sick leave up to the length of 12 months, which is hard for foreigners to understand. Though it is not easy job, but it is meanful and I it. I am ready to take it.
